The process of mixing liquids is an important step in the successful implementation of many technological operations in the chemical industry and other manufacturing industries. For this purpose, special equipment is used: a vertical device with a stirrer of mechanical type, or a reactor.
The modern reactor equipment are using:
- in the manufacture of a variety of solutions, emulsions, suspensions, in order to evenly distribute and ensure the required dispersion of liquid in the liquid, gas in the liquid, the distribution of solid particles in the liquid medium;
- to intensify heating or cooling processes, to achieve uniform temperature values throughout the volume of the mass to be mixed;
- also, the containers with a stirrer are used for mass transfer intensification, uniform dissolution of the substances introduced into the processed mass.

Our factory manufactures reactor performance:
- volume 25-6000 liters;
- to work with neutral, harmful, aggressive liquid media (mixtures);
- with mechanical agitators of various types (customer’s choice) – turbine, blade, propeller, frame, anchor;
- with the heating elements for heating made of stainless steel, lined with fluorine;
- with inner cooling coil (stainless steel, polymer tube);
- with the possibility of additional equipment covers, hatches, drain nodes, level meters, etc.
We accept orders for machines with agitator:
- with the bottom of different configuration: conical, inclined, flat;
- mounted on a special platform or floor type;
- with removable or non-removable (welded) covers;
- with the functions of mixing, heating/cooling.
