Comprehensive Solutions for Hydrometallurgical Process Research

Rusredmet designs and manufactures high-performance, reliable laboratory equipment for in-depth research of hydrometallurgical processes. Our systems allow precise studies of leaching, sorption, solvent extraction, and other key stages in processing ores, concentrates, and industrial residues.

We provide laboratory and pilot installations for research in the following areas:

1. Leaching

Laboratory Reactors and Leaching Cascades – Model different leaching regimes (phase ratio, temperature, solution composition) in both batch and continuous modes.
Heap Leaching Columns – Columns of various volumes for laboratory-scale simulation of heap leaching processes.
Optional features: pH meters, thermostats, automated reagent dosing systems, and process monitoring.

2. Sorption and Ion Exchange

Sorption Units – Configurable columns of various volumes for studying extraction of valuable components, selecting ion-exchange resins, and determining dynamic and static capacities.

3. Solvent Extraction

Extraction Units – Comprised of individual mixer-settler extractors for dynamic process studies and laboratory sample production.

Each extractor stage achieves high efficiency (>98%).

Cascades can be easily reconfigured by changing the number of stages.

Individual adjustable-speed drives allow precise control of phase mixing intensity.

Fully disassemblable stages enable easy cleaning between experiments, preventing cross-contamination.

Optional equipment: peristaltic pumps, pH meters, thermostats, feed and receiving tanks, and automated flow control systems.
