At the beginning of the month, gas cleaning equipment was manufactured and delivered, including two SPT-3600 PP cocurrent tray scrubbers equipped with a local automation system for monitoring key process parameters such as temperature, level, and gas flow rate.

The scope of supply also included a fan, industrial pH meter, level sensor, temperature sensor, flow meter, control cabinet with conductivity-based minimum and maximum level indicators, fan speed and duty cycle control, and a pump. The scrubbers are designed for air purification and neutralization of harmful substances.

Supervision of installation and commissioning activities was successfully carried out at the customer’s site. The scope included on-site supervision by the contractor’s specialists, inspection of equipment completeness and condition, verification of mechanical components and assemblies, identification of potential defects, and final start-up of the equipment.
