An evaporation unit integrated with a local control system was manufactured for a Russian precious metals production company.

The evaporation unit is designed for concentration of aqueous salt solutions and was developed as a complete, standalone process system. The project was implemented in several stages, including preparation of design, technical, and permitting documentation, followed by manufacturing at the production facilities of Rusredmet JSC.

The supplied system includes an evaporation unit with a feed capacity of 160 liters per hour, a set of auxiliary tanks and capture equipment of various capacities, as well as a local automation system. The control system provides continuous monitoring of key process parameters, including temperature in the concentration section, vacuum level within regulated limits, and flow rates of brine discharge and concentrated solution. The system also incorporates safety interlocks to prevent emergency operating conditions.

Rusredmet successfully completed the manufacturing phase and is preparing for the next project stage — on-site installation supervision and commissioning at the customer’s facility.
